Rent a student room or studio

If you are looking for a student room or studio, check the Maastricht Housing website. This shows all student residences that are currently available, including those of Servatius. Registering with Maastricht Housing costs € 35.

If you accept a Servatius student room or studio via Maastricht Housing, we need the following information from you in advance for the rental contract:

  • BSN number;

  • Account number (IBAN and BIC);

  • Your current residential address (where you are registered with the municipality);

  • Proof of registration of your studies at the educational institution.
